About the Project

Although I wasn't commissioned to do this website, I thoroughly enjoyed creating a beach-themed site.

My husband has discovered a new hobby and passion and wanted to turn it into a business. So to support him in that, I created a logo, website, and business cards as well as provided some of my professional photography services to help get his business up and running.

Because his business is creating driftwood art, naturally Lake Michigan, where we gather all of our wood, was the inspiration for the design including the video of the waves in the header and footer, and the deep blue color on the business cards.

Since his business is new and growing, he currently couldn't afford to pay for a URL or premium website, so to satisfy the need to share his website with others, we utilized a QR code on his card to lead people to the site without giving a specific URL.

As a new business owner specializing in driftwood art, I couldn't be more thrilled with the incredible work Chelsea did in bringing my vision to life. From start to finish, she truly exceeded my expectations. She listened carefully to my ideas, thoughtfully incorporating them into a website that perfectly balances modern aesthetics with an artsy, natural vibe. Her ability to capture the essence of my driftwood creations while ensuring the site remains professional and polished is nothing short of remarkable. Thanks to Chelsea, my website not only looks stunning but also resonates deeply with my brand's unique identity. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Chelsea to any business looking to create or update their website. Her expertise, creativity, and dedication make her an invaluable asset for anyone seeking a professional, visually appealing, and personalized online presence.
